Choosing a living room fan for Lower Parel homes
Lower Parel's former mill district is now largely high-rise towers, with open-plan living and dining areas that often need a larger sweep or two fans. Check the ceiling height before picking a mount. Fanzart fans are on display at Textures & Designs in Lower Parel.
For living rooms up to 250 sq ft, a 52" sweep is the usual choice; larger or open-plan spaces suit 56"–60" or two fans.
Fan rods can be customised for floor-to-ceiling heights from 8 ft to 25 ft, and Fanzart fans work with false ceilings. For low ceilings see hugger fans; for tall spaces see double-height ceiling fans.
