04 · Andheri West buying guide
Choosing a living room fan for Andheri West homes
Andheri West is mostly apartment buildings, from compact flats to larger family homes, so sweep and mount type matter more than anything else. Measure the room and the ceiling height first. Fanzart fans are on display at Exim Seatings & Floorings on New Link Road.
For living rooms up to 250 sq ft, a 52" sweep is the usual choice; larger or open-plan spaces suit 56"–60" or two fans.
Fan rods can be customised for floor-to-ceiling heights from 8 ft to 25 ft, and Fanzart fans work with false ceilings. For low ceilings see hugger fans; for tall spaces see double-height ceiling fans.
